Team O’Neill worked together coming out with the original segmented core ‘Outlaw’, a Competition vest with no restrictions on flexibility, armholes and/or weight in 2003. Product Development took on the challenge to build a USCG vest with the very things O’Neill’s Team of athletes were after in a Competition vest, coming up with ‘The Law’. ‘The Law’ vest allows for the functionality and performance of a Competition vest with the floatation and protection of a USCG vest.
