Todd is revolutionizing the marine seating industry with the introduction of its new Superus Drop-Away System. This unique system allows the seat bottom to drop out of the way, thus enabling the user to stand in position. The uniquely designed slider in the pedestal base provides 6" of fore and aft adjustment of both the seat and the pedestal as well as 360° rotation. These features combine to enable chair rotation even when chairs are installed close together or close to a bulkhead or sidewall. This is important for run-about and center console boats, since conventional drop-out bolster seats are unable to swivel to face aft.
